ABM UK is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer, configure and optimise Oracle Fusion HCM across modules to support data integrity and reporting for UK & Ireland. The role partners with HR and IT to ensure compliant, robust HR systems and accurate dashboards.

You will manage data quality, run OTBI reports, and guide users on system capabilities while supporting system upgrades and audits. A strong HRIS background and SQL/BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM).
• Strong understanding of HR processes (onboarding, lifecycle, performance, absence).
• Ability to analyse HR data, identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and release activities.
• Familiar with bulk uploads using HSDL.
• Good communication with non-technical HR users.
• Knowledge of UK & Ireland GDPR and data protection.

Responsabilités

• HR Systems Administration across Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Performance, Talent, Recruitment).
• Configure and maintain workflows, approvals and business rules in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Support quarterly system updates and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide guidance to HR users on system capabilities and best practices.
• Build and maintain HR reports using OTBI and other Oracle reporting tools (headcount, turnover, absence, DEI metrics).
• Partner with the Data & BI Analyst to provide validated data extracts.
• Ensure HR data complies with UK & Ireland GDPR and employment legislation.
• Deliver training sessions and create clear documentation for users.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to escalate issues or support enhancements.
