Job summary

Skillsbay Ltd. is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst to support and enhance a large-scale Oracle HR platform within a complex shared-services environment.

You will act as a functional SME, collaborating with HR stakeholders, delivery partners, and third-party suppliers to ensure Fusion HCM remains stable and evolving with business needs. In this role you will provide functional support across Fusion HCM, handle BAU operations, drive process improvements, and produce functional documentation

Qualifications

• Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Experience across one or more HCM modules such as Global HR, Payroll, Time & Labour, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, or Learning.
• Proven experience in a functional analyst or application support role.
• Strong documentation skills (functional specs, change documentation, test evidence).
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience supporting system testing and releases.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and subject matter expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM
• Support BAU operations including incidents, problems, and system changes
• Identify and drive opportunities for process and system improvement
• Produce accurate functional documentation for enhancements and regulatory changes
• Support and lead functional testing and UAT activities
• Work with internal teams, suppliers, and system integrators to deliver changes
• Clearly communicate functional impacts, options, and recommendations
