Job summary

Modis International Ltd in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Analyst specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials. You will support and improve the Oracle Finance environment, working closely with Finance users to understand requirements and deliver system enhancements.

The role focuses on functional delivery, will involve onboarding new entities, and collaborating with delivery partners on larger projects. A strong grounding in Oracle Finance and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials in BAU or project settings.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuration, testing or UAT.
• Ability to work with Finance users and stakeholders to translate needs into system changes.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve functionality across Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Work with Finance users to understand requirements, issues and pain points.
• Translate business requirements into practical system changes and enhancements.
• Support configuration, testing and implementation of new Oracle functionality.
• Onboard new business areas and entities onto Fusion processes.
• Investigate functional issues and support users across the Oracle Finance estate.
• Support UAT, testing, documentation and release activity.
• Collaborate with senior Oracle specialists and external delivery partners on larger projects.
• Help improve Finance processes, reporting and user experience.
• Support training, knowledge sharing and adoption across the business.
