Job summary

Modis seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Systems Lead in Newcastle to own the Fusion estate, shape the roadmap and drive improvements. You will work between Finance, Technology and the business, supporting users and onboarding new areas onto Fusion.

You will influence the Oracle roadmap, mentor team members and collaborate with senior stakeholders while staying hands-on with system enhancements and ongoing deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge across Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience across projects/implementations and BAU environments.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into effective system solutions.
• Confidence working with finance users and senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other team members.
• Proactive, hands-on ownership mindset.

Oracle Fusion Finance Systems Lead

Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials specialist looking for more ownership of an Oracle environment?

I'm working with a large, complex organisation looking to strengthen its internal Finance Systems capability with a senior Oracle professional who can help shape the future of its Fusion estate.

This is a broad, hands-on position sitting between Finance, Technology and the wider business. You'll have the opportunity to influence the Oracle roadmap while remaining close to the system - supporting users, delivering improvements and helping onboard new areas of the organisation onto Fusion.
