Job summary

DXC Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Test Manager to lead testing across a complex Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. You will own test strategy, preparation and execution across multiple workstreams, collaborating with technical teams, Oracle specialists and delivery partners to ensure solutions are fully tested and ready for deployment.

Key responsibilities include SIT, end-to-end and regression testing, developing test plans and scripts, managing defects

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud and related modules.
• Proven experience as Test Manager/Lead within Oracle Fusion delivery programmes.
• Deep functional/technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP.
• Experience with SIT and end-to-end testing across integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy, planning, preparation and execution for Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Manage SIT, end-to-end business process testing and regression testing.
• Develop and manage test plans, scenarios, scripts, schedules and reporting.
• Coordinate testing across Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP and integrations.
• Own defect management lifecycle including triage, tracking, retesting and resolution.
• Drive test automation opportunities and maintain test readiness.
