Job summary

Ellison Institute of Technology in Oxford seeks a Test and Release Manager to lead the ongoing Oracle Fusion test and release cycle across HCM, Finance, and SCM. You will own the release calendar, coordinate testing with business users and suppliers, and ensure smooth production rollout with clear communications.

The role requires strong experience in regression testing, UAT, and risk-based planning, along with hands-on testing and QA asset management. Hybrid work in Oxford is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application testing and release coordination, including Oracle Fusion Cloud updates.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the ongoing Fusion test and release calendar, including scheduled updates and test-to-production windows.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and sign-off with business users and external suppliers.
• Prepare release-readiness evidence and manage production rollout and post-release validation.
• Keep customers informed about release scope, impacts and decisions.
