DXC Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Test Manager to lead testing across a complex Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This hands-on leadership role requires ownership of test preparation and execution across multiple workstreams involving Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience in a delivery or transformation program.
• Proven track record as a Test Manager or Test Lead on Oracle Fusion projects.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP and end-to-end processes.
• Extensive SIT and end-to-end testing within Oracle Fusion environments.
• Experience testing Oracle Fusion inbound and outbound integrations (REST, web services, SFTP).
• Proven ability to define and execute test strategies, plans and reports.
• Defect management lifecycle from triage to resolution and retesting.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication.

Responsabilités

We're looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Test Manager to lead testing across a complex Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.

This is a hand-on leadership role for someone with strong Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP experience who can take ownership of test preparation and execution across multiple workstreams. You'll work closely with technical and functional teams, Oracle specialists and delivery partners to ensure solutions and integrations are fully tested and ready for deployment.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the test strategy, planning, preparation and execution for Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), end-to-end business process testing and regression testing.
• Develop and manage test plans, scenarios, scripts, schedules and reporting.
• Coordinate testing across Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP and integrations.
• Lead testing of inbound and outbound integrations, including REST APIs, web services, SFTP and file-based interfaces.
• Own the defect management lifecycle, including triage, prioritisation, tracking, retesting and resolution.
• Coordinate testing activities across internal teams, Oracle and third-party delivery partners.
• Manage test environments, test data, dependencies and test readiness.
• Monitor and report on test progress, coverage, defects, risks and overall readiness.
• Support and develop test automation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and repeatability.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure appropriate end-to-end test coverage.
• Provide leadership and guidance to testing resources and promote consistent testing standards and best practice.
• Support UAT, regression, release and deployment activities where required.

What we're looking for

Essential

• Strong hands-on experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead within an Oracle Fusion implementation, transformation or delivery programme.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion configuration and end-to-end business processes.
• Significant experience of System Integration Testing (SIT) and end-to-end testing within Oracle Fusion.
• Experience testing Oracle Fusion inbound and outbound integrations.
• Hands-on experience testing REST APIs, web services, SFTP and file-based integrations.
• Strong experience across test strategy, planning, preparation, execution and reporting.
• Proven experience managing defects from identification and triage through to resolution and retesting.
• Experience coordinating testing across multiple functional, technical and integration workstreams.
• Experience managing test environments, test data and test readiness.
• Experience with test automation within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly across applications and integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks and dependencies within a complex delivery programme.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating and supporting test teams.

Desirable

• Experience with Oracle Fusion EPM.
• Experience delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation, migration, upgrade or transformation programmes.
• Experience of data migration, reconciliation and validation testing.
• Relevant Oracle Fusion or software testing certifications.
• Experience working within large, multi-team or multi-supplier delivery environments.

About you

You'll be comfortable taking ownership of testing rather than simply executing test scripts. You'll be able to bring structure to complex test activity, work effectively across technical and business teams, challenge where appropriate and maintain a clear view of risks, defects and overall readiness.

You'll combine strong Oracle Fusion knowledge with hand-on test leadership, and be confident communicating with stakeholders at different levels.
