Arrow Electronics is seeking an Oracle ERP Techno‑Functional Analyst to join a collaborative production support team in Reno. You will provide production support for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP, analyze issues with business users and IT, and implement system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

The role combines hands‑on production support with techno‑functional expertise, requiring strong problem‑solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Designs and develops software solutions to meet business requirements. Manages full software development life cycle including testing, implementation, and auditing. Performs product design, bug verification, and beta support, which may require research and analysis. Operates under moderate supervision. Usually reports to the Manager of Software Development.
• Execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications. Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle. Participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes and patches as mandated by the vendor.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP while partnering closely with business users and IT teams to resolve issues
• Collaborate with functional leads, developers, and support peers to analyze problems, coordinate fixes, and deliver system enhancements
• Act as a trusted team resource - sharing knowledge, mentoring less‑experienced colleagues, and contributing to a strong team culture
• Participate in team discussions, incident reviews, and problem‑solving sessions to drive consistent and high‑quality support outcomes
• Use SQL and data analysis to support root cause analysis and inform team decisions
• Contribute ideas and best practices to improve processes, reduce recurring issues, and strengthen overall system support
