AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Finance Systems Software Engineer to design, develop, configure and integrate Finance Systems across Oracle EBS, JDE and Fusion. The role focuses on secure, scalable solutions, supporting acquisitions and transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will deliver third-line support, troubleshoot complex ERP issues, and drive automation while aligning with security, ITGC controls and engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and supporting enterprise apps in Oracle EBS, Oracle JDE and/or Oracle Fusion.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
• Experience developing interfaces, data conversions and integrations.
• Understanding of ERP processes: R2R, P2P, O2C and Project Accounting.
• Experience with structured SDLC and change management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with version control and deployment practices.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• OIC, OAC, OTBI, or BI Publisher experience.
• Azure Integration Services or Azure Logic Apps experience.
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and automation tooling.
• Experience within global Finance Systems environments.
• Exposure to M&A onboarding and ERP integration programmes.

Responsabilités

• Provide third-line technical support for Finance Systems applications.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents and problem records.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across Oracle ERP environments.
• Develop technical solutions using Oracle technologies including PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher.
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve application performance.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
• Create reusable, maintainable and scalable software components aligned with engineering standards.
• Contribute to automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture standards, cyber security requirements and ITGC controls.
• Maintain technical documentation including designs, specifications and support procedures.
• Follow approved change management, release management and SDLC processes.
