Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Product Lead for Finance Systems to own end-to-end capability, define the product roadmap and manage the backlog. You will collaborate with Finance process owners, architecture, engineering and delivery teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions and continuous improvement across Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience across large, complex Finance application estates.
• Strong functional experience implementing, supporting or optimising Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• ITIL certification and knowledge of IT service management.
• Proven people leadership, analytical and problem-solving capability, with a track record of developing teams.

• Translate business goals into defined product outcomes and priorities.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on value and risk.
