Job summary

Version 1, a leading Oracle partner, seeks a Programme Manager to own end-to-end Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM delivery, interfacing with clients and guiding scope and strategy.

You will lead delivery teams, accelerate pace, and drive governance, reporting, and senior stakeholder engagement across large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programmes with hybrid work and travel to base offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (ERP, HCM, EPM).
• Strong background in programme and project methodologies such as MSP and PRINCE2.
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery.
• Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, influence, and drive outcomes across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM programmes.
• Act as the primary client interface and build strong, trusted relationships.
• Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes.
• Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence.
• Develop and manage robust programme plans aligned to our MAXIMISE methodology.
• Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L.
• Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment; support pre-sales and business development activities.

Job description

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:
