Job summary

Hackajob Ltd. seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM specialist to design, develop and support integrations between ERP/HCM Cloud and third-party apps using Oracle Integration Cloud.

You will build REST/SOAP integrations, FBDI/HDL processes and customize BI Publisher and OTBI reports to meet business requirements. You will lead requirements sessions, contribute to solution design and ESTIMATION, produce technical docs, deliver POCs and mentor delivery teams.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud technologies.
  • Hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud (Gen 2/3).
  • Proven ERP/HCM Cloud implementations (Fusion).
  • Expertise in Fusion REST APIs, SOAP, FBDI, HDL.
  • Experience developing BI Publisher reports and OTBI/BICC.
  • Proficient SQL/PLSQL programming and data extracts.
  • Experience building ESS jobs and Oracle reporting solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle BI tech (OTBI, BI Publisher, BICC).
  • Experience with ATP/Autonomous DB/DBaaS environments.
  • Leadership in design, estimation, planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and support integrations between Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud and third parties via OIC.
  • Build REST and SOAP integrations, FBDI loads, HDL processes and XSLT mappings.
  • Develop and customize BI Publisher and OTBI reports per requirements.
  • Lead requirements gathering and contribute to solution design and planning.
  • Create technical design docs and specifications.
  • Deliver POCs and advise on best-practice technical solutions.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery across analysis, development, testing and go-live.
  • Develop Oracle Fusion data extracts using BI Publisher/OTBI/BICC.
  • Implement robust error handling and monitoring in OIC.
  • Manage high-volume, real-time integrations between Oracle Fusion apps and downstream systems.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to teams.

Job description

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements
  • Extensive experience working with Oracle Cloud technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen 2/Gen 3).
  • Proven expertise in Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FBDI, and HDL.
  • Extensive experience developing and customising BI Publisher reports, including RTF templates, Excel templates, Bursting, and UCM delivery.
  • Experience developing SQL and PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions.
  • Experience building custom ESS jobs and Oracle reporting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle BI technologies including OTBI, BI Publisher, and BICC.
  • Experience working with ATP, Autonomous Database, and DBaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership experience including solution design, estimation, planning, and delivery management.
  • Proven track record delivering at least three Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM implementation projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain technical design documentation and specifications.
  • Deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) and recommend best-practice technical solutions.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Develop Oracle Fusion data extracts using BI Publisher, OTBI, and BICC.
  • Implement robust error-handling frameworks and monitoring solutions within OIC.
  • Manage high-volume, real-time integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and downstream systems.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.
