Job summary

Modis Manchester is seeking an Oracle EPM Assistant Manager to lead delivery across major transformation programmes. You will work on PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS and EDMCS, translating business requirements into effective EPM solutions and shaping design and deployment across the project life cycle.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, solution design, and client interaction, with clear progression to managerial responsibilities within a growing Oracle capability.

Qualifications

• Strong Oracle EPM experience.
• Experience delivering Oracle CloudEPM products, such as PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS and EDMCS.
• Experience across at least one full Oracle EPM implementation life cycle.
• Good understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting and/or financial close and consolidation processes.
• Experience with solution configuration and functional design.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into EPM solutions.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Oracle Cloud EPM solutions across major transformation programmes.
• Work across modules including PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS and EDMCS.
• Support requirements gathering, solution design and configuration.
• Translate business and finance requirements into practical EPM solutions.
• Contribute to functional and technical design.
• Support data migration, integrations, testing and deployment activity.
• Work directly with client stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
• Support workshops, training and knowledge transfer.
• Help resolve delivery issues and provide input into key design decisions.
• Support go-live and post-implementation activity.
