Job summary

Modis is seeking an Oracle EPM Manager in Birmingham to lead key workstreams across complex Oracle Cloud EPM transformation programmes. You will own EPM solutions across Planning, PBCS/EPBCS and/or FCCS, serving as the senior client-facing lead from design through go-live.

The role combines solution leadership, client advisory, and delivery ownership, with opportunity to lead major workstreams on large programmes for a mix of private and public sector clients.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle Cloud EPM implementations in a consultancy setting.
• Strong Planning/PBCS/EPBCS and/or FCCS experience.
• Ability to lead client workshops and delivery decisions.
• Translate finance requirements into effective EPM solutions.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EPM workstreams across transformation programmes.
• Own Planning/PBCS/EPBCS and/or FCCS solutions from design to delivery.
• Act as the key client contact.
• Lead discovery and solution design workshops.
• Translate finance requirements into Oracle EPM solutions.
• Guide consultants and offshore teams through configuration, testing and implementation.
• Oversee data, integrations, controls and dependencies.
• Lead deployment, go-live and post-implementation activity.
• Support proposals and pre-sales activities.
