Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an Oracle EPM Assistant Manager in Manchester on a hybrid basis to join a growing Oracle capability within a Big 4‑style consultancy. You will lead delivery across Planning/PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS and EDMCS, translating business finance needs into robust EPM solutions and guiding junior team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Oracle EPM experience across Cloud EPM modules.
• Experience delivering PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS and EDMCS.
• Experience across at least one full Oracle EPM implementation lifecycle.
• Understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting and/or financial close processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into EPM solutions and design functional specifications.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Oracle Cloud EPM solutions on major transformation programmes.
• Work across modules including PBCS / EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS and EDMCS.
• Support requirements gathering, solution design and configuration.
• Translate business requirements into practical EPM solutions.
• Contribute to functional and technical design.
• Support data migrations, integrations, testing and deployment.
• Engage with client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support workshops, training and knowledge transfer.
