Job summary

Modis International Ltd in London/Birmingham/Manchester is seeking an Oracle EPM Assistant Manager to join a growing team delivering major Oracle Cloud EPM transformation programmes. This role offers hands-on delivery, solution design, and client interaction with clear development pathways.

You will work across planning/budgeting/forecasting and financial close processes, covering PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS and EDMCS, and collaborate with Managers and Senior Managers on complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Strong Oracle EPM experience.
• Experience with Oracle CloudEPM products (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, EDMCS).
• Experience across at least one full Oracle EPM implementation lifecycle.
• Understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial close processes.
• Experience with solution configuration and functional design.
• Ability to translate client requirements into EPM solutions.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Oracle Cloud EPM solutions across major transformation programmes.
• Work across modules including PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS and EDMCS.
• Support requirements gathering, solution design and configuration.
• Translate business and finance requirements into practical EPM solutions.
• Contribute to functional and technical design.
• Support data migration, integrations, testing and deployment activity.
• Work directly with client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support workshops, training and knowledge transfer.
• Help resolve delivery issues and input into key design decisions.
• Support go-live and post-implementation activity.
