Qualifications

Extensive Oracle CX Cloud experience across multiple CX modules.
Full lifecycle Oracle CX implementation experience.
Strong understanding of CDM, Marketing Automation, Sales Performance, and Service Management.

Responsibilities

Lead design and governance of Oracle CX Cloud solutions across Marketing, Sales, Service, CDM and CX Analytics.
Facilitate business and technical workshops; translate requirements into scalable architectures.
Define integration approaches between Eloqua, CRM/Sales Cloud, and third-party apps.
Architect CX Cloud capabilities for SFA, CDM, CLM, ICM, and service analytics.
Provide governance for configuration, customizations, and integrations.
