Qualifikationen

• Extensive Oracle CX Cloud experience across multiple CX modules.
• Full lifecycle Oracle CX implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of CDM, Marketing Automation, Sales Performance, and Service Management.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and governance of Oracle CX Cloud solutions across Marketing, Sales, Service, CDM and CX Analytics.
• Facilitate business and technical workshops; translate requirements into scalable architectures.
• Define integration approaches between Eloqua, CRM/Sales Cloud, and third-party apps.
• Architect CX Cloud capabilities for SFA, CDM, CLM, ICM, and service analytics.
• Provide governance for configuration, customizations, and integrations.
