Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with at least 2–3 Oracle B2C Service Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in custom processes, add-ins, business rules, workflows, and reports.
• Experience leading client workshops, architecture reviews, and multi-workstream delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle deliveries from requirements through go-live and post-production support.
• Mentor junior consultants and establish engineering standards.
• Manage workstream scope, estimates, risks, resources, and releases.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, project managers, and Oracle support.
