Next Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle ERP Cloud SCM Architect to strengthen their testing efforts. This critical role requires deep SCM expertise and testing acumen to ensure the successful go-live of their global ERP system.

Job Details

• Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant (Testing Focus)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Location: Fully Remote
• Duration: 6 months + extensions

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Script Analysis: Understand thoroughly the content and objectives of Oracle ERP Cloud SCM test scripts.
2. Solution and Issue Validation: Critically evaluate solutions and issues reported by the prime contractor (a Big 4 firm), providing insightful feedback and alternative perspectives.
3. Solution Architecting: Propose effective solutions and alternatives to identified issues and design gaps within the Oracle ERP Cloud SCM landscape.
4. Testing Management Support: Leverage testing methodologies and best practices to contribute to efficient testing cycles.
5. JIRA Proficiency: Use JIRA for tracking, managing, and reporting test progress and defects.
6. Reporting and Issue Management: Create clear reports on testing outcomes and participate in issue resolution.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience as an Oracle ERP Cloud SCM Architect with deep functional knowledge across SCM modules.
• Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud SCM processes including:
• Inbound Logistics (Procure to Pay)
• Outbound Logistics (Order to Cash)
• Inventory Management
• Understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to interpret and analyze test scripts effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to challenge solutions and propose alternatives.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for test and issue management.
• Strong reporting and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with large-scale, global Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
• Previous collaboration with Big 4 consulting firms.
