A UK-based organisation is launching a health check and enhancement phase of its Oracle Cloud Finance and Procurement solution and is looking for a Financials Lead to guide improvement efforts and maximise process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed ownership of financial processes across the business
• Collaborate with finance teams to enhance and optimise working practices
• Support and upskill expert users for better solution adoption
• Manage external delivery partners and ensure quality outcomes
• Lead business process re-engineering initiatives aligned with Oracle Cloud best practices

Key Skills Required

• 7+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP experience
• Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations (including R12 migrations)
• Expertise in finance process transformation and standardisation
• Strong data migration, reconciliation, and cleansing experience
• Understanding of third-party application integration with Oracle Cloud
