Job summary

A leading global professional services company in London is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Senior Manager. This role includes architecting and delivering Oracle ERP cloud solutions, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates with a professional accounting qualification and consultancy experience are preferred. Responsibilities

  • Architect, design and deliver Oracle ERP cloud solutions.
  • Be independently accountable for delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery and sales team on solution offerings.
  • Collaborate as a key member of the delivery and sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal Accenture groups.
  • Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates.
  • Prepare the cost model estimates to deliver the defined scope of services.
  • Mentor and coach more junior members of the team.

As an Oracle Cloud Senior Manager, you will:
  • Architect, design and deliver Oracle ERP cloud solutions for a range of industry organisations.
  • Be independently accountable for delivery of solutions and Oracle ERP cloud transformation programs.
  • Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate as a key member of the delivery and sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal Accenture groups.
  • Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates.
  • Prepare the cost model estimates to deliver the defined scope of services.
  • Mentor and coach more junior members of the team.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
  • Qualified accountant or having proven core finance experience.
  • Previous experience of working in a consultancy environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior clients and colleagues.
  • Order to Cash or Project Accounting skills a bonus.

  • Confidence in presenting challenging points of view to client audiences.
  • Workstream team lead experience - leading, mentoring and developing our people.
  • Professional Qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CFA) is preferable
