ERP Finance Lead Architect – (Oracle Cloud/SAP4HANA)

We are commencing Phase 0 of a major ERP Finance Transformation programme and are seeking an exceptional ERP Finance Lead Architect to define the architectural vision and governance framework.

Core Skills & Experience:

• Proven leadership in architecture governance for large-scale finance transformation or ERP programmes (Oracle Cloud or SAP).

• Deep understanding of finance process architecture: R2R, P2P, O2C, Project Accounting, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Consolidation, FP&A.

• Strong expertise in integration architecture (iPaaS, canonical data modelling).

• Proven ownership of analytical and global finance data models.

• Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP, SOX, and multi-country tax & compliance.

• Experience integrating ERP with EPM platforms for consolidation and planning.

• Strong track record in transition architecture design for multi-ERP or hybrid landscapes.

• Excellent C-suite stakeholder engagement and influence skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in M&A-driven finance transformation.

• Familiarity with industry finance frameworks (e.g., APQC).

• Experience with process mining/task mining for process redesign.

• Relevant certifications (TOGAF, ERP, Integration Technologies).
