Job summary

Harvey Nash Group is seeking a Senior IT Servicer Manager to establish and oversee support for Oracle Fusion/OCI, starting ASAP. The role focuses on launching a new benefit payment solution and running the existing platform support model with strong SLA governance.

You will manage a multi-sourced, customer-centric service team across locations, ensure robust reporting, and drive continual service improvement within ITIL-aligned practices. Hybrid work in Edinburgh with daily rate discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing and managing an Oracle Fusion/ OCI support team in a complex, high-transaction environment.
• Experience overseeing day-to-day relationships with Oracle support and third-party MSPs.
• Experience establishing effective support processes, SLAs and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-sourced service support team with a customer-centric approach across locations, focused on availability and performance.
• Ensure service/support functions respond to customer needs.
• Maintain the service catalogue and IT service operations knowledge base.
• Ensure reporting and service standards are met for the service.
• Govern change management with proper governance.
• Drive continual service improvement across the wider service delivery function.
