Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of hire-to-retire processes, self-service applications, journeys, and standard HR reports/dashboards.
• Experience in Absence Management with UK statutory & non-statutory absences and payroll interactions.
• Proven configuration skills in Global HR and Absence Management, and full project life-cycle delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through Oracle HCM configuration and solution design.
• Guide delivery of the module and ensure successful implementation.
• Assist in pre-sales activities via demos and expert advice.
• Create content for blogs, case studies and other material to evangelise Namos.
