Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Architect to lead the design, governance and delivery of scalable HCM solutions. You will translate business needs into robust architectures and ensure upgrade-safe implementations.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will define integration frameworks with OIC, manage data migrations, reporting, and extensions, while maintaining security, performance, and environment strategies across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Cloud HCM technical experience.
• At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Hands-on with OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, OTBI, Fast Formula and Oracle PaaS.
• Solid understanding of integration architecture and security models.
• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder communication and solutioning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM technical design and governance.
• Define integration frameworks using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Ensure SaaS principles with scalable, secure, upgrade-safe solutions.
• Develop and manage environment strategies for Dev, Test, UAT, Production.
• Coordinate environment refreshes, deployment governance and migrations.
• Plan and manage Oracle quarterly updates and patch cycles.
• Drive performance monitoring and issue resolution with delivery teams.
• Partner with product owners to translate requirements into execution plans.
• Lead technical discussions and design workshops to support delivery lifecycle.
