Job summary

VOIS, Vodafone Intelligent Solutions, is pursuing an experienced Oracle BSS Stack Lead to own end-to-end operations of critical platforms such as Siebel CRM and Oracle BRM. Based in Newbury, you will ensure stability, reliability and continual service improvement with a focus on DevOps, SRE practices and cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor L1-L3 support engineers, drive automation using Jenkins, GitHub and Azure DevOps, and coordinate with Oracle and third-party vendors to maintain

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in telecommunications IT and Oracle BSS environments.
• Strong Oracle telecommunications BSS expertise, preferably Siebel CRM or Oracle BRM.
• At least five years’ experience leading application support or operational teams.
• Experience administering Unix/Linux and Oracle SQL for performance analysis.
• Knowledge of ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
• Familiar with DevOps/SRE practices and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operation of Oracle BSS platforms including availability and resilience.
• Define technical roadmaps aligned with Vodafone UK priorities.
• Lead incident recovery and drive continual service improvement.
• Coordinate release planning and change management across environments.
• Drive automation of deployment, monitoring and operations.
