Job summary

Northern Powergrid Limited is seeking an Oracle Benefits SME to join the Transformation Programme in the UK. You will design, configure, and manage Oracle Fusion Benefits, ensuring accurate rules, enrolments, and data quality across HR, Payroll, and IT interfaces.

You will drive testing cycles, support integrations with carriers, and lead data migration activities, while delivering compliant, well-documented processes for a superior employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and deploying Oracle Benefits in cloud projects.
• Strong knowledge of benefits plans, eligibility rules, and life events.
• Hands-on testing, integrations, and defect resolution.
• Solid business analysis and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of Oracle Benefits with plan rules and life events.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Support testing cycles SIT/UAT and manage defects.
• Support integrations with payroll and third-party carriers.
• Oversee benefits data migration, mapping, and validation.
• Provide SME guidance for deployment and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors to align processes.
• Produce high-quality functional documentation and guidance.
