Full or Part time Optometrist, Monday to Friday Plymouth, Devon

My Client, one of the leading Domiciliary Companies, is looking to recruit a full or part time Optometrist for Plymouth and surrounding areas, offering flexibility to work around family and other commitments.

This is a Monday to Friday role, no weekends required, and they will be flexible on the days.

The role involves visiting patients in their homes to carry out full clinical tests and dispense. The successful candidate must have a sympathetic approach and empathy, as some patients will be elderly and frail. You will travel to various locations from your postal address and see 6-7 patients a day.

You will be working with the latest mobile technology:

• Portable digital fundus cameras
• Mobile slit lamp
• I-care tonometer
• Industry-leading digital records system with support or second opinions from senior optometrists at the Head Office

In return, you will receive an excellent salary package up to £74k per annum, with achievable bonus potential, a fully expensed company car, pension scheme (matched up to 5%), full CET support, covered GOC fees, discounted eyewear and hearing products, three 'treat' days for attendance, childcare vouchers, private healthcare, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
