Due to extensive growth, they are expanding and recruiting for a Process Technologist.

Reporting to the Process Manager you will successfully manage Product Development from Kitchen approved recipe to launch into the market.

Your Key Duties:
– Responsible for carrying out trials on key projects, new ingredients and new products in order to deliver process improvements and ensure that product quality
– Provide information to support the creation of customer and factory specifications
– Responsible for the planning of a trial scheduled for the incorporation Technical Team, NPD and Operations led projects
– Ensure trial reports are completed for each trial using I auditor
– Being hands-on with customer technologist visits
– Provide process guidance and advice to cross-functional manufacturing teams to promote the adoption of new practices or processes for increased efficiency

Your Qualifications and Experience:
– A minimum of 1 years experience as a Process Technologist or general Quality, Technical or NPD
– Food Technology, Process Technology and/or Food Engineering qualifications and experience
– Good technical understanding of the manufacturing process and plant is desirable.
– Passionate about the food industry with a can-do attitude
– Great problem-solving skills with a flexible and reliable approach to work
– Computer literate
– Strong organisation and communication skills including report writing

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
