A community based independent Opticians based in Dolgellau, Gwynedd, are looking for a full or part time Optometrist to join the team.

Optometrist - Role

• Modern independent Opticians with 2 testing rooms.
• Only independent in the area with an excellent reputation for patient care.
• Established for over 25 years.
• Beautiful rural location close to the Snowdonia mountains and coast.
• 35 min tests.
• Working 3, 4 or 5 days a week.
• Practice opening times from 9am to 5pm (4.30pm on a Fri).
• Base salary between £55,000 to £65,000.
• Chance to complete additional accreditations in the future.
• Potential leadership role available in the future.
• Develop close relationships with patients.
• Fantastic work life balance.

Optometrist - Requirements

• GOC registered Optometrist.
• WECS accredited.
• Keen to learn and gain additional accreditations.
• Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients.
