Job summary

Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering / Engineering Lead for the Options team. You will guide a ~7-person group, advancing a Rust-native, low-latency trading platform, including automated quoting, execution and risk controls.

Collaboration with traders, quants, risk and product is essential to drive scalable, reliable systems. The role encourages pragmatic problem-solving, strong ownership, and leadership in a predominantly remote environment with European-time-zone alignment or US East Coast

Qualifications

• 7+ years in systematic trading, options market-making or low-latency systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an Options Engineering team of around 7 engineers.
• Provide technical direction across trading infrastructure and system design.
• Own and evolve a Rust-native systematic options trading platform.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, risk, product and infra stakeholders.
