Job summary

Boots Opticians is seeking a Team Leader in one of our stores, reporting to the Hub Manager, to act as duty manager and drive an outstanding customer experience. You will lead and inspire the store team day to day, delivering service excellence across customer care, operations and clinical activities including pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks.

You’ll have opportunities to develop clinical and leadership skills through Boots Opticians’ training programmes, with a focus on progression

• Worked in an Opticians or within an optical environment.
• Desire to learn.
• Led or coached a team.

Working across the whole store, your days will be full of variety. You will be involved in everything from customer service, store operations as well as the clinical activities which include: pre-screening, dispensing, accuracy checks and much more.

In your role as a Team Leader you will have plenty of opportunities to develop your clinical and leadership skills. With an industry leading ‘Step Into Optics’ training programme and additional leadership training programmes, we are committed to helping you develop and carve out a career at Boots Opticians.

What You’ll Need To Have

• Worked in an Opticians or within an optical environment
