We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Wetherby team and support the Practice Manager in leading the continued growth and success of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the shop floor, ensuring every customer gets the best possible care and experience.

• Driving KPIs and business performance, keeping standards high across compliance, clinical outcomes, and commercial success.

• Motivating and coaching the team – bringing positive energy, encouragement, and a can-do attitude to every shift.

• Supporting team engagement, onboarding, training, and performance.

• Rolling your sleeves up and doing what needs to be done – from opening and closing the store to jumping on tills or supporting clinic when needed.

What we’re looking for:

• A flexible, hands-on leader with previous experience in retail, optics, or people management.

• Someone who lives and breathes positivity – always looking for solutions, not problems.
