Job summary

Prospect Health is seeking an Optical Manager in Taunton for a full-time role (45 hours per week), leading the optical department and a team of Optometrists and Optical Assistants. You will manage day-to-day operations, recruitment, development and performance, and maintain high patient care standards.

The role offers a salary between £55,500 and £69,350 depending on experience, a discretionary bonus, pension, and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold Full GOC registration as a Dispensing Optician.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced optical environment.
