About You

1. You'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire operation, including managing your team of Optometrists and Optical assistants.
2. Overseeing compliance processes and procedures.
3. Reviewing sales forecasting and department targets whilst also dealing with customer queries.
4. Managing the shop floor process to ensure the department is well equipped for customer's needs.
5. Coaching and developing your team in close partnership with an Optometrist.
6. Organising and managing time effectively in a fast-paced role.

Requirements

• A fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC.
• On track to meet the statutory points requirement for CPD.
• Confident in coaching others.
• Able to provide excellent customer and patient care.
• Driven and ambitious to ensure the department meets its targets.
• Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced Optics environment.
• Organised and able to manage your time effectively.
