About You

Our Optical Managers are vital to our success, responsible for overseeing operations, managing teams of Optometrists and Optical assistants, ensuring compliance, reviewing sales and targets, and handling customer queries. You will also manage clinic operations and shop floor processes to meet customer needs. Working closely with an Optometrist, you'll coach and develop your team. Organizational skills and effective time management are essential.

You should be:

• A fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC
• On track to meet CPD points requirements
• Confident in coaching others
• Excellent in customer and patient care
• Driven and ambitious to meet department targets
• A proven leader in a fast-paced optics environment
