About the Role

We follow a fixed price approach, eliminating up-selling and providing transparent pricing for glasses and lenses. You will be supported by our Home Office teams, Area Managers, and receive regular updates and feedback.

About You

Our Optical Managers oversee operations, manage teams of Optometrists and Optical assistants, ensure compliance, review sales and targets, and handle customer queries. You will also manage clinic operations and shop floor processes, coach and develop your team, and be well-organized and efficient in time management. Candidates should be fully qualified dispensing opticians registered with the GOC, on track with CPD points, confident in coaching, customer-focused, driven, and ambitious.
