Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, e.g. retail or hospitality.
• Friendly, professional approach with strong relationship-building.
• Willingness to travel to induction for 4–6 weeks.

• Assist customers with eyewear and hearing care products.
• Guide customers through a tailored in-store experience.
• Receive full training and support from the team.
• Help wider team provide high quality optical and audiology care.
