Leightons in Epsom is seeking an Optical & Hearing Assistant to greet customers, guide them through a tailored eyewear and hearing care journey, and support the wider team with high-quality service.

You will receive full training and become confident in diagnostic tools, delivering an informed experience in a premium, friendly environment. This full-time role includes £25,348 per year plus a bonus and a 4–5 day week with alternating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service (retail or hospitality helpful).
• Polished, professional yet friendly approach.
• Willing to travel to a centre for a 4–6 week induction.

• Face of the Epsom boutique, greet customers and guide them through a tailored eyewear/hearing care journey.
• Assist customers in selecting designer eyewear and contribute to high-quality service.
