Specsavers in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in-store. If you have optical experience as an Optical Advisor, Contact Lens Assistant, Imaging Assistant or Dispensing Assistant, you could be perfect for this role.

As an Optical Assistant you will apply your passion for optics, our products and services, and your excellent customer service to create an outstanding store environment for customers and the team.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience in roles such as Optical Advisor, Contact Lens Assistant, Imaging Assistant or Dispensing Assistant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment and be the friendly face for customers.
• Deliver great customer service using IT systems and product knowledge.
• Support store operations and help colleagues to drive our practice forward.
