Job summary

Zest Business Group Ltd in Bracknell is recruiting an Optical Assistant for a premium, fast-growing optical practice. Working hours 9:30am–6:00pm with one weekend day, you will welcome patients and assist with eyewear consultations.

You’ll support frame styling, measurement, adjustments and ensure high presentation standards, collaborating with a friendly team in a modern, high-end environment, with uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience working within optics.
• Passionate about eyewear, styling and customer experience.
• Confident, personable and professional with patients.
• Enjoys working in a modern, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guiding them through their visit.
• Supporting frame styling and eyewear consultations.
• Dispensing support including measurements, adjustments, and collections.
• Maintaining high presentation standards across the practice.
• Working closely with the team to deliver consistently high levels of service.
