Zest Optical in Wokingham is seeking an Optical Assistant to join a luxury independent practice. You will deliver a consultative dispensing experience, helping clients choose frames and lenses that suit their lifestyle and personality.

The role involves working with premium designer ranges and providing detailed frame adjustments and lens selections in a close-knit, design-led team. Salary up to £28,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in the optical industry.
• Interest in premium/designer eyewear.
• Strong communication with patients.
• Detail-oriented frame adjustments and lens selections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consultative dispensing experience, helping patients choose frames and lenses that suit their face, lifestyle and personality.
• Work with premium and designer frame ranges (Tom Ford, Prada, Cutler and Gross, Lindberg, Moscot).
• Support patients through personal frame consultations, children's dispenses, and more complex lens requirements.
• Be part of a close-knit team where care, precision and product knowledge are valued.
