Job summary

Specsavers Fareham is looking for an Optical Assistant who brings friendly, proactive customer service to our busy store. You’ll support dispensing, share product knowledge and help create a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

With 40 hours a week across five days, including weekends, you’ll benefit from full training, pension enrollment, Specsavers Perks, WeCare and Headspace access, plus generous leave and family-friendly pay policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in-store.
• Support dispensing and product recommendations.
• Assist team to maintain a welcoming store environment.
