Specsavers in Shirley is seeking an Optical Assistant to confidently welcome and help customers as they walk through our doors. You’ll join a friendly, supportive team with extensive training and development, plus backing from experienced Opticians and Technicians on your journey.

We value care, teamwork and a proactive approach, with ongoing training across optical and audiology services. This part-time role offers Saturday hours, a busy customer-focused environment and a clear path to grow

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
