Specsavers Shirley Parkgate Shopping Centre is seeking an Optical Assistant to welcome customers and assist with eyewear purchases. You will join a friendly, fast-paced team and benefit from comprehensive training and development with support from experienced Opticians and Technicians.

The store location offers easy transport links and a busy, customer-focused environment where you can grow your skills and contribute to excellent eye and hearing care services at Specsavers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with eyewear purchases and fittings.
• Support customers through their eye care journey and upsell where appropriate.
• Participate in training and development programs with experienced Opticians and Technicians
