Job summary

Specsavers Westwood Cross is seeking an Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers and help them select frames, lenses and hearing solutions. You will work with experienced Opticians and Technicians, receiving strong training and clear career development opportunities.

As a busy store on the shop floor, you will deliver excellent service, use basic optical terminology, and support NHS and private services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with inquiries on frames, lenses and hearing solutions.
• Support optical services and product recommendations on the shop floor.

With an extensive selection of frames, lenses and hearing solutions, our friendly and experienced team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and clinical care to every patient.
