Job summary

Specsavers in Rugeley is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in-store, using your customer service skills and optical knowledge to enhance the visit.

This role covers pre-screening, dispensing and service in a busy retail setting. It offers full or part-time hours (39 per week for full-time) with training, discounts and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Pre-screening, dispensing, collections, repairs and adjustments experience.
• Ability to work in a busy environment.
• Experience in optics business.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eye care products and services.
• Provide dispensing support and product advice.
• Assist with pre-screening and eyewear fittings.
• Support store operations and training opportunities.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
