Job summary

Specsavers in Walthamstow is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in our store, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting dispensing tasks.

You’ll bring optical experience and strong communication to help customers choose eyewear, while contributing to a positive team atmosphere and store performance. Full-time hours and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
• At least 3 months experience working in an opticians.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face in the store and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers with selecting eyewear and explain products and services.
• Maintain store presentation and support the dispensing process as needed.

What we’re looking for?

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.
