Job summary

Specsavers in Billericay is looking for an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in-store, using strong customer service to help customers choose eyewear and services. You’ll join a proactive team, benefit from comprehensive training, and enjoy a range of perks including a pension, Headspace, and discounts.

Full-time or part-time hours available, with weekend work as needed. Salary up to £26,600 per annum (depending on experience) and a team performance bonus up to £200 per month.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Passion for the Specsavers brand and products.

• Assist customers in-store and help create a welcoming environment for customers and staff.
• Support dispensing and advisory tasks related to eyewear and eye care.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
