Job summary

Specsavers Arnison in the North East is seeking an Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers and support their eye care journey. You will join a dedicated team, with training and development across store operations, backed by experienced Opticians and Technicians.

The role is full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, with a weekend day. Benefits include Friends and Family discounts, Specsavers Perks, birthday day off, and a confidential helpline. Parking is available at the store.

Qualifications

• Must have some previous optical experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Excellent customer-facing communication.
